While anxiously waiting for the slow-cooking corned beef to fill the house with its marvelous aroma, I came across this incredible video of Ireland. At first, I thought the video might be too long to hold my attention, but I quickly realized that this was one video I didn’t want to end. It is filled with breathtaking scenery and is accompanied by a wonderful Celtic instrumental. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zu3VwANi674&feature=related
